Trego SM125 Tool Grinder is developed specially for regrinding of Mira multi angle valve seat cutting tools and for Mira BB type counter bore tools. With optional toolbit holders the Trego SM125 will also do the job regrinding Serdi, Robins and Rottler toolbits as well as toolbits to Trego Milling Tool 52-830.
The SM125 have a 125 mm diameter replaceable fine grit diamond grinding wheel, rotating at 2770 rpm. The bright LED light and an easy accessible connection for suction of grinding dust make the handling more convenient.
The cutting angle is adjustable with a graduation dial 0⁰-10⁰ in both the positive and the negative direction. And a clever design makes it possible to grind all three surfaces, even on the long Mira BB tools.
The standard toolholder for Trego SM125 fits valve seat cutting tools type Mira and also handle the grinding of the extra long Mira BB tools on all three surfaces.
The cutting angle is adjustable with a graduation 0° – 10° in both positive and negative direction. The Ø125 mm diamond wheel can be replaced. Tool bit holders for Serdi, Rottler and Trego tool bits are available as options.
