CARBON DEGREASER is a highly effective alkaline cleaning powder specifically developed for the removal of buffing compounds from aluminium alloys. Unlike conventional alkaline cleaners, it is silicate-free, preventing the formation of invisible residues on the metal surface that could interfere with subsequent processes such as coating, bonding, or anodising.
Instead of silicates, the product contains advanced corrosion inhibitors that ensure excellent cleaning performance while leaving a chemically clean and residue-free surface after rinsing.
CARBON DEGREASER efficiently removes a wide range of contaminants, including buffing compounds, oils, grease, ink marks, and dust. It is ideal for preparing aluminium parts prior to processes such as spot welding, bonding, coating, and anodising.
Although primarily designed for aluminium, the product can also be used on other metals. However, it is not suitable for use on magnesium.

CARBON DEGREASER is designed for use in spray washing systems.
- Concentration: 10–50 g per liter of water
- Temperature: 65–80 °C (optimal at 75 °C)
- Contact time: 2–15 minutes
After cleaning, parts should be thoroughly rinsed with clean water (spray or immersion).
