Ultrasonic Characteristics:
- Ultrasonic Power: 1000W (2000W p-p)
- 1 Ultrasonic generator with an output power of 1000W (2000Wp-p) featuring automatic power monitoring and frequency wave tracking.
- Ultrasonic emitters with a power of 1000W (2000W p-p) made of 2.5 mm thick AISI 316 L stainless steel, equipped with 20 high-performance IBL piezoelectric transducers made of titanium-steel, each with 50 W.
- Operating frequency: 40 kHz with a frequency sweep system of ± 2%.

Finishes and Accessories:
- Ultrasonic Cleaning Tank: Constructed from 2 mm thick AISI 304 stainless steel with 20 mm thick internal thermo-acoustic insulation.
- AISI 304 Lid: Opening/closing system with 10 mm thick thermo-acoustic insulation.
- Pneumatic Platform: Made from AISI 304 stainless steel with a load capacity of up to 60 kg.
- WFS (Waterflow System for Oil Separation): Independent tank for capturing surface oils and particles, with a drain for oil removal.
- Electric Heating Element: 2250 W power output, made from Incoloy®, a metal alloy resistant to high temperatures and corrosion.
- Optional: TTF1 Bag Filter for sludge removal from the bottom of the tank, constructed from AISI 304 stainless steel.
